Tracking Your Applications
The Applications page shows every university programme IEC has submitted or is preparing on your behalf.
Viewing your applications
- Click Applications in the left sidebar.
- You will see a list of cards — one per application.
Each card shows:
- University name and country flag
- Programme / course name
- Current status (colour-coded badge)
- Last updated date
Application statuses explained
| Status | Colour | What it means |
|---|
| Draft | Grey | Being prepared by your counselor |
| Submitted | Blue | Sent to the university |
| Under Review | Yellow | University is reviewing your materials |
| Documents Requested | Orange | University needs more documents from you |
| Offer Received | Purple | You have a conditional or unconditional offer |
| Offer Accepted | Green | You have accepted the offer |
| Rejected | Red | This application was unsuccessful |
| Withdrawn | Grey | Application was withdrawn |
| Enrolled | Dark green | You are fully enrolled |
Viewing application details
Click on any application card to open its detail view. You will see:
- Timeline — a visual history of every status change with dates
- Notes — messages from your counselor about this application
- Required documents — a checklist of what the university needs
- Offer details — if an offer has been received, the terms are shown here
What you can do
As a student, you can:
- ✅ View all your applications and their history
- ✅ Upload documents requested by a university
- ✅ Accept or decline an offer (your counselor confirms the action)
- ❌ Cannot create or delete applications — only your counselor can do this
If you see a “Documents Requested” status, go to the Documents section immediately and upload the requested items. Delays can affect your application outcome.
Accepting an offer
When you receive an offer:
- Click on the application to open its details.
- Read the offer terms carefully (tuition, intake date, conditions).
- Click Accept Offer or Decline — a confirmation dialog will appear.
- Your counselor will be notified and will complete the formal acceptance process with the university.
