Tasks

Tasks are action items your counselor creates for you — things you need to do to keep your application moving forward.

Viewing your tasks

Click Tasks in the left sidebar. You will see a list of tasks, each showing:
  • Task title — a short description of what to do
  • Due date — when it must be completed by
  • Priority — High, Medium, or Low
  • Status — Pending, In Progress, or Completed

Completing a task

  1. Click on a task to open it.
  2. Read the description carefully — it explains exactly what is needed.
  3. Some tasks require you to upload a file. If so, you will see an Attach file button.
  4. When you are done, click Mark as Complete.
Your counselor will be notified automatically.
Only mark a task as complete when you have genuinely finished it. Your counselor reviews completed tasks before moving your application forward.

Overdue tasks

Tasks past their due date appear in red at the top of the list. Complete these as soon as possible — overdue tasks can delay your application.
If you cannot complete a task by the deadline, contact your counselor via Support → Messages and explain. Deadlines can sometimes be adjusted.
