Notifications
Notifications keep you informed of important updates to your applications, tasks, and documents without you having to check the portal constantly.Where to find notifications
Click the 🔔 bell icon in the top-right corner of any page, or click Notifications in the sidebar. The bell shows a red dot when you have unread notifications.Types of notifications
| Type | When it appears |
|---|---|
| Application updated | Your application status has changed |
| New task assigned | Your counselor has created a task for you |
| Task overdue | A task has passed its due date |
| Document approved | A document you uploaded has been verified |
| Document rejected | A document needs to be re-uploaded |
| Message received | Your counselor sent you a message |
| Offer received | A university has made you an offer |
Marking notifications as read
- Click any notification to open the relevant section and mark it as read.
- To clear all notifications at once, click Mark all as read at the top of the notifications panel.
