Your dashboard is divided into several sections:Key metrics (top row)
- Active students — students currently assigned to you
- Open applications — applications in progress across your student base
- Pending tasks — tasks you have assigned to students that are not yet complete
- New leads — uncontacted leads in your queue

Your professional profile card as students see it. Click Edit to update your:- Profile photo
- Bio and specialisation
- Contact preferences
Recent activity feed
A real-time log of actions across your student portfolio — status changes, document uploads, messages, task completions.Quick actions
Shortcut buttons for the most common actions:- + New Lead — create a lead record for a new prospective student
- + New Task — assign a task to a student
- Send message — open a student’s chat directly
