Leads Pipeline (Admin)
The Leads Pipeline admin view shows every lead across all counselors — not just your own. This gives management oversight of the entire sales funnel.Pipeline board view
Leads are displayed as a Kanban board — columns for each stage with cards for each lead. Drag a lead card between columns to change its stage, or click a card to open the lead record and edit it.List view
Switch to List view using the toggle at the top-right. This is better for filtering and bulk actions.Filtering the pipeline
Filter leads by:- Assigned counselor — see only one counselor’s leads
- Stage — focus on a particular stage
- Source — website form, referral, event, etc.
- Destination — intended study country
- Date range — created or last updated within a period
Key metrics to monitor
Look at these regularly:| Metric | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Leads in “New” stage for > 3 days | Should have been contacted by now |
| Leads in “Contacted” for > 2 weeks | May need a nudge or re-qualification |
| Conversion rate (Enrolled / Total) | Healthy target: 15–25% |
| Leads lost per month | Trends indicate pricing or service issues |
Bulk reassignment
If a counselor leaves or has too many leads:- Switch to List view.
- Filter by the counselor’s name.
- Select all leads using the checkbox at the top.
- Click Bulk Actions → Reassign and select the new counselor.
