Leads Pipeline (Admin)

The Leads Pipeline admin view shows every lead across all counselors — not just your own. This gives management oversight of the entire sales funnel.

Pipeline board view

Leads are displayed as a Kanban board — columns for each stage with cards for each lead. Drag a lead card between columns to change its stage, or click a card to open the lead record and edit it.

List view

Switch to List view using the toggle at the top-right. This is better for filtering and bulk actions.

Filtering the pipeline

Filter leads by:
  • Assigned counselor — see only one counselor’s leads
  • Stage — focus on a particular stage
  • Source — website form, referral, event, etc.
  • Destination — intended study country
  • Date range — created or last updated within a period

Key metrics to monitor

Look at these regularly:

Conversion rate (Enrolled / Total)Healthy target: 15–25%

Bulk reassignment

If a counselor leaves or has too many leads:
  1. Switch to List view.
  2. Filter by the counselor’s name.
  3. Select all leads using the checkbox at the top.
  4. Click Bulk Actions → Reassign and select the new counselor.
