The IEC Portal is the shared operating platform for Imperial Education Consultants. It connects the public website, student application workspace, counselor workflows, and admin operations through role-based access.

Who is this guide for?

Use the top navigation bar to jump straight to documentation for your role. Each section has its own tab and sidebar — you only see pages relevant to that audience.

Students

Use Student Atlas to track applications, upload documents, complete tasks, book sessions, and message IEC.

Counselors and Front Desk

Manage students, applications, tasks, documents, leads, visits, and staff-to-staff communication.

Admins and Branch Managers

Manage users, branches, counselors, content, events, study tours, scheduling, templates, and platform governance.

Public Visitors

Apply to IEC, register for events or study tours, read articles, and contact the team.

Portal-wide tools

  • Global Search opens exact pages and workflow actions inside your assigned portal.
  • Help replays the guided onboarding tour for the current page (staff and student portals behind sign-in).
  • Onboarding checklist on your dashboard lists every page tour for your role — documented under your portal tab (Student Atlas, Counselor Portal, or Admin Portal → Account).
  • Notifications and unread badges show messages, tasks, document reviews, and system alerts.
  • Settings controls profile details, language, security, and role-scoped notification preferences.
  • My Card lets eligible staff share a QR profile from a mobile-friendly standalone page.

Quick start

  1. Use the invitation link sent by IEC, or start from the public application form if you are a new applicant.
  2. Sign in at ieduconsultants.com/atlas/login.
  3. Staff users complete the secure IEC AuthKit verification step when prompted.
  4. The portal redirects you to the dashboard for your assigned role.
  5. Use Help on the first major page if you want the guided walkthrough.
