Applying to IEC

Prospective students can submit an initial application through the public website at ieduconsultants.com/apply.

How to apply

1. Go to ieduconsultants.com/apply.
2. Click Start Your Application.
3. Fill in the multi-step form:

Step 1 — Personal information

• Full name
• Email address
• Phone number (with country code)
• Country of residence
• Nationality

Step 2 — Study preferences

• Desired study destination — select a country from the list
• Field of study — e.g., Medicine, Business, Engineering
• Level — Undergraduate / Postgraduate / PhD
• Intended start year
• Budget range (optional)

Step 3 — Current qualifications

• Highest level of education completed
• Subjects and grades (enter key subjects)
• English proficiency — select your level and test taken (IELTS/TOEFL/Other/None yet)

Step 4 — Review and submit

• Review all information.
• Accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
• Click Submit Application.

Before you start (recommended)

Prepare these details to complete the form quickly:

• Passport/legal full name (matching travel documents)
• Active email and reachable phone number
• Preferred destinations and level of study
• Recent academic results summary
• Expected intake timeline and budget range

After submitting

• You receive a confirmation email immediately.
• An IEC counselor will review your application within 1–2 business days.
• The counselor will reach out by email or phone to introduce themselves and discuss next steps.
• You will receive a portal invitation email when your student account is created.

What happens next (typical flow)

1. Initial counselor review and qualification.
2. Guidance call to align destination/program strategy.
3. Account invitation to Student Atlas portal.
4. Document checklist and application preparation.

• Using an email you do not check regularly.
• Entering incomplete or inconsistent academic history.
• Choosing a start year/intake that does not match your target cycle.
• Omitting important constraints (budget, preferred destination limits).
