Study Tours

Study Tours are group trips organised by IEC where students visit universities in person — meeting admissions teams, touring campuses, and experiencing life in the destination country.

Finding study tours

Go to ieduconsultants.com/study-tours to see all upcoming tours. Each tour card shows:
  • Destination — country and cities visited
  • Departure and return dates
  • Universities visited — the institutions on the itinerary
  • Price per person (and deposit amount)
  • Spots remaining

Tour detail page

Click on a tour to see the full detail page, including:
  • Overview — what the tour covers
  • Itinerary — a day-by-day schedule (Day 1: Arrive London, campus tour at UCL; Day 2: Visit King’s College…)
  • What’s included — flights, accommodation, university visits, group meals
  • What’s not included — personal spending, travel insurance, visa fees
  • Universities visiting — list of institutions with links
  • Required documents — what you need to bring (passport, visa, travel insurance)
  • Registration deadline

Registering for a study tour

  1. Click Register Now on the tour detail page.
  2. Complete the multi-step registration form:
    • Step 1 — Personal details: Name, email, phone, date of birth, nationality, passport number, school name
    • Step 2 — Emergency contacts: Guardian/parent name, phone, email; emergency contact
    • Step 3 — Health information: Dietary requirements, medical conditions or allergies
    • Step 4 — Review and confirm: Check all details, accept terms, confirm
  3. Click Submit Registration.

After registering

  • You receive a confirmation email with your ticket number and QR code.
  • Your status starts as Pending Payment — IEC will contact you with payment instructions.
  • Once payment is confirmed, your status changes to Confirmed and you receive your final ticket.
  • Keep your QR code — it is scanned at the departure meeting point.

Document submission

Study tours require certain documents before departure (e.g., passport copy, travel insurance certificate):
  1. Log in to your Student Atlas portal.
  2. Go to My Trips (or check the task assigned to you).
  3. Upload each required document against the tour.
All documents must be submitted by the document deadline shown on the tour page. Late submissions may result in your place being cancelled.

Checking in on departure day

On the day of departure, present your QR code ticket to the IEC tour leader at the meeting point. They will scan it to mark you as checked in.

My Trips (student portal)

If you are an existing portal user, you can view all your registered tours and download tickets by going to My Trips in your Student Atlas dashboard.
