Creating Your Account

Your IEC Portal account is created via an invitation email sent by IEC. You cannot register without one — this keeps your data secure and ensures you are linked to the correct counselor from day one.

Step 1 — Find your invitation email

Look for an email from noreply@ieduconsultants.com with the subject line:
“You’ve been invited to the IEC Portal”
Check your Spam / Junk folder if you don’t see it. Emails can sometimes be filtered by corporate or school email systems.
The email contains a unique invitation link that looks like:
https://ieduconsultants.com/accept-invite?token=xxxxxxxx
Invitation links expire after 7 days. If your link has expired, ask your counselor to resend it.

Step 2 — Click “Accept Invitation”

Open the invitation email and click the big Accept Invitation button (or paste the link into your browser). You will land on the Accept Invite page which shows:
  • Your name and email address (pre-filled — do not change the email)
  • A form to complete your profile

Step 3 — Complete your profile

Fill in the required fields:

PasswordMinimum 8 characters, must include a number
Click Create Account when done.

Step 4 — Verify your email

After submitting, check your email for a verification link from Clerk (our authentication provider). Click it to activate your account.
The verification email is separate from the invitation email. It comes from no-reply@clerk.ieduconsultants.com.

Step 5 — Sign in

Once verified, you will be redirected to the sign-in page automatically. Enter your email and the password you just set. You’re in! You will land on your Student Dashboard (or Counselor Dashboard if you are staff).

Troubleshooting

“This invitation has already been used” Your account already exists. Go to the sign-in page and use the Forgot password link if needed. “Invalid or expired invitation” The link is older than 7 days. Contact your counselor to request a new invitation. “Email already in use” You may already have an account with this email. Try signing in instead.
