Dashboard overview cards

The main dashboard shows summary cards: Application Status Card Shows how many applications you have in each stage:
  • 🟡 Draft
  • 🔵 Submitted
  • 🟢 Offer Received
  • ✅ Accepted
Tasks Due Soon A list of the next 3 tasks that need your attention, sorted by deadline. Recent Documents The last 3 documents you uploaded or that require action. Counselor Card Your assigned counselor’s name, photo, and a direct message button.

Understanding application stages

Your application moves through these stages as IEC processes it:
Draft → Submitted → Under Review → Offer Received → Offer Accepted → Enrolled
You cannot move an application between stages yourself — your counselor updates these based on communications with the university.

What to do first

When you log in for the first time:
  1. Complete any pending tasks shown on the dashboard.
  2. Upload your documents listed under Documents → Required.
  3. Check the Messages section to see if your counselor has sent you anything.
