Events

IEC regularly hosts university fairs, information sessions, open days, and workshops to help students make informed decisions about studying abroad.

Finding events

Go to ieduconsultants.com/events to see all upcoming events. Each event card shows:
  • Event name and type
  • Date, time, and location (or “Online”)
  • Capacity remaining
  • A brief description

Registering for an event

  1. Click on an event to open its detail page.
  2. Click Register (or Register for Free if there’s no cost).
  3. Fill in your details:
    • Name and email
    • Phone number
    • If you are a current IEC student, your portal account is linked automatically
  4. Click Confirm Registration.
You will receive a confirmation email with:
  • Event details and location/link
  • A QR code ticket to present at the door
Save the QR code to your phone’s photos so it is accessible offline at the event.

Attending in person

Bring your QR code ticket (printed or on your phone screen). IEC staff will scan it at the entrance.

Online events

For online events, your confirmation email contains the video call link. The link is typically sent 30 minutes before the event starts.

Event survey

After attending, you will receive a short feedback survey by email. Completing it helps IEC improve future events and earns you a completion certificate for some workshops.
